Bianca Böttcher’s main areas of focus are: National and international commercial and corporate law, M&A transactions as well as litigation and arbitration.

Bianca Böttcher studied law at the University of Leipzig and at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. In addition, she qualified as a mediator at the University of Bielefeld and as a specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law. She began her legal career in 2001 as an attorney with CMS Hasche Sigle and joined Aderhold & Kollegen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft GmbH at the beginning of 2007, since April 2011 Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH. Bianca Böttcher has been a partner at Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH since January 2014. 

Bianca Böttcher is a member of the German Lawyers' Association (Deutscher Anwaltverein e.V.) as well as the Working Group Commercial and Corporate Law in the German Lawyers' Association (Deutscher Anwaltverein e.V.) and works as a lecturer at the Leipzig University of Applied Science (HTWK). She is a voluntary member of the Club International e.V. as treasurer.
