As many as nine colleagues from Aderhold were mentioned in the list of "Best Lawyers 2022" published by Handelsblatt and Best Lawyers. Lawyers from our firm were recommended in the legal fields of banking and finance law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, conflict resolution, public commercial law, product liability as well as restructuring and insolvency.

In June 2022, the business magazine Revier Manger listed Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft as the number one law firm in the Ruhr region and recommended our firm as a "Strong Partner 2022". The interdisciplinary advisory approach, which successfully complements specialised legal expertise with business know-how, was decisive for this. Revier Manager rounds off the industry ranking with a portrait of Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft. The report, which highlights the Dortmund headquarters in particular, served as the cover story for the June issue of Revier Manager (2/2022).

The Legal 500 Germany lists Aderhold in the 2022 edition of its handbook as an important law firm in the field of restructuring. Our firm's performance in advising on M&A transactions, liability and avoidance claims, as well as in handling operational and financial restructurings of companies in and out of insolvency were decisive criteria for this appreciation.

At the JUVE Awards 2021, Aderhold was named Law Firm of the Year in the Western German Region. In addition to this special title, JUVE also gave us positive consideration in several places in the JUVE Handbook 2021/22: Aderhold is listed there in corporate law, in the areas of insolvency, restructuring, M&A, and as a top law firm in Saxony. Among other things, the "high level of expertise", a "pragmatic advisory approach" and our extensive industry contacts were highlighted.
