Consultant (m/w/d) for reorganisation - Aderhold Consulting Düsseldorf/ Köln

We - the Aderhold Unternehmensberatung GmbH - are a specialized
consulting firm with a focus on advising and supporting companies in coping with
overcoming special entrepreneurial situations. As a subsidiary of
Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, we operate successfully within a Germany-wide
network of around 100 management consultants, lawyers, auditors, tax advisors and notaries.

To strengthen our team at our locations in Düsseldorf and Cologne we are looking for a
a Consultant (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will support our clients - companies of all sectors,
sizes and legal forms - in special business situations. Our clients are mainly in restructuring/reorganization situations (corporate crises), but also in transaction or corporate succession situations.

Your responsibilities:

Carrying out a wide range of analyses to determine the current situation of the company
Collaboration in (or later also independent takeover of) corporate planning
of any kind, i.e. integrated corporate planning of the asset, financial and
earnings situation, liquidity forecasts or scenario calculations
Development and implementation of reorganization concepts and restructuring programs
(e.g. IDW S6, Business Review, etc.)
Participation in active restructuring of companies in the circle of all stakeholders

Our requirements:

You have completed a degree in the field of economics, as an
industrial engineering or in the field of business mathematics and already gathered first
relevant professional experience in a company or a consulting firm.
You have allready worked with the topics of financial accounting, balance sheet preparation, controlling and entrepreneurial thinking
You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team with pleasure and commitment and
have a reliable and communicative working style
Good English skills complete your profile
