We, the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, are a commercial law firm operating throughout Germany with around 60 lawyers, tax consultants and notaries.
We are looking for an insolvency administrator (m/f/d) for our location in Leipzig in full-time, part-time possible. As an expert in insolvency proceedings, you will play a key role in supporting our insolvency administrators and trustees.
Your duties:
- Processing of predominantly consumer insolvency and residual debt discharge proceedings
- Preparation of reports and decision papers for the insolvency administrator
- Independently investigating facts and conducting research and analyses in connection with insolvency proceedings
- Communicating with courts, creditors, debtors and other parties involved
- Checking evidence, claims and contracts within the insolvency proceedings
- Maintaining insolvency statistics and making quota payments
Your profile:
- Completed training in the field of law or tax, several years of professional experience in these areas is desirable
- Several years of professional experience in insolvency administration, foreclosure or a comparable field of activity is desirable
- High affinity for legal and economic issues
- Diligence and at the same time pragmatic solution orientation
- Strong understanding of numbers and very good communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office applications and ideally experience with industry software
