Christian Krause provides comprehensive advice in the rehabilitation and restructuring arena with a focus on developing integrated restructuring concepts (incl. IDW Standard S6). These concepts incorporate both financial and performance-related restructuring measures. In addition, he offers general advice on government support schemes, in particular regional state guarantees, and M&A advisory services.

Christian Marc Krause studied business administration at the Heinrich Heine University of Düsseldorf. After completing his course of studies, he was initially employed at RölfsPartner as assistant to the board spokesman. During this time, he was involved in numerous restructuring and M&A projects. In 2010, he co-founded Buth & Hermanns Unternehmensberatung GmbH, a consulting agency focused on the rehabilitation business, where he remained in the role of Partner until 2012. He then moved on to join Aderhold Unternehmensberatung GmbH in 2012. He became a partner at Aderhold Unternehmensberatung GmbH at the beginning of 2013.
