Christian Hoppe’s main areas of focus are: Banking and stock exchange, corporate and insolvency law.

Christian Hoppe studied law at the Ruhr University of Bochum from 1991 to 1996. He obtained his doctorate on the topic of the “Legal basis and restrictions of the undocumented commitments of a tax advisor pertaining to the laws regarding tax offences and tax penalties” under Prof. Dr. Ellen Schlüchter in Bochum. His legal career began in 2000 at Menold & Aulinger. He then moved on to join Aderhold & Kollegen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft GmbH – renamed Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in April 2011 - as lawyer/partner. Christian Hoppe is a member of the Association for Banking Law.
