Christian H. Müller advises on all questions of German and European antitrust law including merger control. This includes in particular transaction-related advice (in particular merger control and joint ventures), advice on the design of contracts and distribution systems in conformity with antitrust law and representation in administrative and administrative fine proceedings. His field of activity also includes the civil law enforcement and defence of antitrust law claims (in particular damages) as well as advice and support in company-specific antitrust law compliance.

Christian H. Müller studied law with additional training in economics (WiWiZ) at the University of Bayreuth as well as at the Université de Lausanne (CH) and the Westphalian Wilhelms University of Münster. Following his doctorate on the subject of antitrust compliance under Prof. Dr. Pohlmann at the University of Münster and his legal clerkship in the district of the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court, he began his legal career in 2013 as a lawyer in the antitrust team of Hengeler Mueller in Düsseldorf. From 2016 to 2020 he built up an antitrust team as a lawyer in a medium-sized law firm, since 2019 as a partner. Since October 2020 he has been a lawyer at Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH. Christian H. Müller is an honorary lecturer in international business law at the ISM International School of Management and author of various publications on antitrust law.
